Healing takes time. Real, lasting change comes from small, steady steps that become part of your everyday life. That’s why I offer packages to encourage working together over a longer period. This allows us to delve deeper into your health picture and gives your body space to adjust, integrate, and truly benefit from new habits.

That said, I also understand that sometimes you may just want a single session for guidance and clarity. Whether you’re looking for an initial boost or more in-depth ongoing support, there are options to suit you.

Deep Nourishment

7 Sessions (Ā£600)

Includes one 90-minute initial consultation and six 50 min follow-ups over 4–6 months. Ideally we’ll meet every 2–3 weeks, but this can be spaced to suit your rhythm. Perfect if you’re living with a chronic health condition or want to create long-term change at a steady, supported pace.

4 Sessions (Ā£350)

Includes one 90-minute initial consultation and three 50 min follow-up sessions. Designed to give you a good foundation for health, this package is ideal if you need specific health support to get you started on your healing journey.

A comprehensive look at your health picture, history, and goals. Together we’ll create a clear starting point and practical steps you can begin right away. After 3-4 weeks we will follow up with another session to fine tune and delve deeper into techniques and dietary plans.

Ongoing sessions are tailored to your evolving needs, offering further suggestions and helping you build confidence, stay on track, and adjust your plan as life unfolds.

I am committed to supporting affordable access to natural health care so as well as private practice I work with The Natural Health Centre in Totnes, Devon. This is a long standing local charity offering low cost donation sessions to the public. You can book through them to see me up to 2 times within 6 months on a donation basis. After these sessions it is still possible to see me privately and I offer a 10% discount on any of my packages for clients from The Natural Health Centre.

I also work with Detox Trading as a supporting Nutritionist for their clients, offering personalised supplement and superfood recommendations from their product range to help people target choices for their unique health needs. Click here for more information on what I offer via this service.

FAQ’s

  • Easy! Book a free 20 min discovery call. Here we will go over what you are looking for and your basic health picture. You get to meet me and get a feel for who I am and how I work. If you’re happy and I feel I can support your needs then you go ahead and book the package that suits you. If not, there is no obligation to follow on.

  • Once you’ve decided to work with me and booked your first session you will be sent health forms asking about your current and past health history, any family health conditions and your current diet and life style. These will need to be completed and returned to me 48-24 hours before your scheduled session. This will enable me to get a sense of your current health picture before we meet and will mean we can make the best use of our face to face time. After our first session we will agree how often you want to meet and set up your next sessions.

  • I offer email support for everyone on my packages. This is limited to one email enquiry a week and is useful if you need product recommendations , a few recipe tips or pantry cupboard ideas or just to clarify any suggestions I’ve given you in previous sessions.

    If, once we start working together, you feel you would benefit from more regular contact and support then I offer 30 min online coaching calls between sessions to help you keep motivated and fine tune any of your protocols. Scheduling and payment for these would be agreed between us.

  • Nutrition isn’t like many other alternative health modalities that offer support during face to face time but nothing otherwise. A lot of background research, writing up detailed and personalised plans and recommendations, sending out recipe suggestions and other information goes into each session. Much of the work is ā€˜behind the scenes’!

    Each package includes -

    • detailed interpretation of past and current health issues, identifying personalised key areas to focus on for best results

    • interpreting and logging food diaries and any blood or functional test results you already have

    • screening current and proposed supplements and medications for drug interactions and best efficacy

    • gathering resources for all recommendations so that implementing my plan/suggestions is as easy as as possible

    • identifying and ordering functional and blood testing needed for further clarity

    • any further research needed for your specific health picture

    • ongoing interpretation of new data, symptoms and challenges implementing plan

    • ongoing communication, support and trouble shooting

    During our ongoing face to face time we cover current symptoms, check in what has changed, or not, since we last met and how easy it has been to implement any suggestions. After each session I send you a report including all new recommendations for diet, lifestyle and supplements covered in the session as well as any resources you might need in order to implement these easily.

    I can offer discounts on supplements, give you recipe ideas and other resources and am available for limited email contact (up to two responses weekly as needed) between sessions if you need advice. New symptoms or queries will be covered in ongoing sessions.

**Please note** While Nutritional advice can support your body terrain which helps you to feel better and manage symptoms I can’t legally claim to treat, cure or heal any disease and you should always work with your medical practitioner or GP to manage illness.

All package sessions must be completed within 6 months of the initial consultation or first booking to ensure continuity of care and make sure we can work with your health in the best possible way. Any sessions not completed within this time, unless by prior arrangement, will not receive a refund or rebooking.

While I am confident you will feel better in your day to day life from following my guidance and suggestions I can not guarantee any specific outcome in your health picture. You must be able to commit to making dietary and lifestyle changes in order to improve your health. I can’t do those things for you!
