Helping you develop a deeper connection with your body and a clearer understanding of what true wellness means for you.
about me….
I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between food, health, and the wider natural world. For over 20 years I have been learning and working with natural health, food, permaculture and complex systems thinking. Eventually I decided to tie it all together into Naturopathic Nutrition. Over the years my explorations have included running organic food cooperatives, training in kinesiology, Thai massage, herbalism, menstruality mentorship and rites of passage guiding, as well as cooking for community kitchens and completing a masters in holistic science. These experiences have all shaped my belief that health is deeply personal, interconnected, and rooted in both soil and soul.
Alongside my work as a nutritionist, I homeschool my two children, which constantly reminds me of the importance of curiosity, patience, and adaptability, these are qualities I bring into my client work as well. I’m also part of a Playback Theatre company, where we use creativity, sensitive listening and storytelling to support honest community conversations and reflect the human experience and in another strand of my life, I co-guide nature-based threshold crossings in wild places, holding space for people to open a deeper conversation between themselves and the Earth.
When I’m not working I’m often tending the garden, cooking something seasonal, or spending time with friends by the Dart River or along the stunning Devon coast. I love the simple joys of walking barefoot in wild places, delving my hands in the soil, or sharing good food with good company. And when I do take a quiet moment, I’ll happily curl up with a book for hours.
All of these threads - family, creativity, community, nature, and food - are woven into how I work. They remind me daily that health is not just about what we eat but about how we live, connect, and belong. As a nutritionist I see my role much like that of a midwife. I bring knowledge, skills, and experience to guide you, but the true change comes from the shifts you make in diet, hydration, rest, stress relief, and in cultivating a deeper sense of place, purpose, and connection. I love walking alongside people as they discover their own healing path, supporting them to grow into greater balance, vitality, and wholeness.

“Holistic health is rooted in connection: to our bodies, each other, and the earth.”
why Soil to Soul?
Good health begins from the ground up, from the ecosystems of the land we live on to the microcosm within our own bodies. Just as soil needs diversity to flourish, our wellbeing depends on strong cellular health and a balanced microbiome. I often think of healing as gut gardening, a commitment to tending the rich biodiversity of the body with care and attention.
True wellbeing, however, is about more than physical, mental, or emotional health alone. It’s also about soul: our sense of connection with ourselves, with the earth, and with those around us. For me, health is rooted in cultivating this deeper ecological belonging because we can only truly flourish when we recognise that our wellbeing is woven into the wellbeing of the wider world.
I'd love to hear from you.
